Yes! Scored a room in York for the end of July (between sessions at Oxford). Marvelous walled old town with crooked streets and passageways, good restaurants, a museum where I'd like to spend some time, and a chocolate shop that does seasonal sculptures (such as the chocolate 'plum pudding' of Christmas 2001). A pity that the cathedral tower has a Notre Dame-style idiot cage, though.
