So we have a minor crisis on the bookshelves. The latest addition to the history section Just Doesn't Fit. Physically, not morally (the depredations of William the Bastard being no worse than those of any pope or other successful invader of Albion). At 1,436 pages, the complete Domesday book (in translation, sadly) simply does not fit into the designated history shelves. I may have to spend a long afternoon reorganizing the bookshelves, with tea and chocolate as consolation for my arduous task. [grin].
